April Courtney, has been a CMT since 2005. April combines the Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques into a therapeutic massage that target problem areas while incorporating many other techniques allowing for relaxation during your session.  Through our Massage Therapy you should reduce pain, improve flexibility, relaxation, improve energy levels and decrease stress. 


April also provides prenatal massage and youth massage with parent's consent/signature. 

Katie Haatvedt

 As a lifelong resident of Big Bear, Katie is passionate about helping our community feel their best through her tailored facials and the extensive expertise she has developed over three years as a massage therapist. She is devoted to her craft and finds fulfillment in helping others.

A proud graduate of the National Holistic Institute, Katie is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Institute. Her mission is to restore balance by providing a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can release muscular pain and tension, as well as address past traumas stored in the body’s fascial tissue.

By incorporating diverse modalities into her practice, Katie facilitates body restoration and rehabilitation for her clients. She specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, Tai stretching and Swedish techniques. Katie possesses a remarkable ability to tailor each massage to suit individual needs and preferences.

Jonathan Felsen

California Certified Massage Therapist, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience working in both Outpatient Therapy Clinics and Rehabilitation Hospitals. Jonathan specializes in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point mobilization techniques for unlocking tissue restrictions that lead to pain and movement inefficiency. Jonathan has personally completed Ironman distance triathlons, 100 km Ultramarathons, and 100-mile bicycle rides and enjoys watching and participating in a variety of sports and physical activity.

The California scope of practice of acupuncture directs me as a primary care physician to treat both the symptoms and the underlying causes of disease and injury.
