Big Bear Bodyworks is now a provider of medical weight loss management through the use of Semaglutid

 

Semaglutide, also called glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, prompts your body to produce more insulin reducing your blood sugar. It causes a slowing of gastric emptying as well as works in the areas of the brain involved in regulation of appetite control and caloric intake.

Semaglutide belongs to a class of medications known as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists. When used in conjunction with diet and exercise it can also help reduce your risk of Cancer, Diabetes and heart disease.


 Carly Bronson APRN-BC FNP Is an ANCC board certified family nurse practitioner with experience in the field for over fifteen years. Carly will be facilitating your consultation along with her team of trained professionals. Collecting and submitting labs is required as part of your consult appointment to ensure Semaglutide is deemed safe for you at this time. The consultation is offered for free, but you will need to pay the lab fee through our team out of pocket.  No insurance is accepted at this time.
